Otherwise, you can browse our list of brands and click on the brand you want to order from.

Please note that we do not provide a list of product or pricing information in downloadable file formats (such as PDF or Excel). Instead, our full product range and up-to-date wholesale prices are available directly on our website.

On each brand page, you’ll be able to see the stock status.

If a product is in stock, it can be shipped out right away, so you can receive your items faster.

  1. Add your selected items to cart by inputting the number of boxes you want to order, then click on "Add to Cart".

  2. To proceed when your cart is ready, click on "Proceed to Order".

On the next screen, enter your shipping details and click on "Proceed to order request".

At SEOUL4PM, we require a deposit payment before your order is processed. The deposit serves as your official confirmation to move forward with the transaction, and once it’s received, our team will begin processing your order with the suppliers.

Please note:

  • Orders cannot be canceled after the deposit has been paid.

  • If the deposit is not paid within 2 weeks, the order will be automatically canceled.

Once your deposit payment is confirmed, we will begin processing your order. The lead time depends on the stock status of the products you've ordered:

  • In-stock (ready-to-ship) items can be processed and dispatched within 1~3 business days, allowing for faster shipping.

  • Pre-order items, which are sourced from brands and suppliers only after an order request and deposit payment are placed, require additional lead time before shipping, which is usually 2 to 4 weeks for sourcing and preparation.

You can track the status of each item in your order by visiing My OrderOrder Detail. Here's what each status means:

  • Ordered: We've received your order but not payment. Order processing will only begin after payment is completed.

  • In warehouse: This item is in stock and is already in our warehouse.

  • Needs sourcing: This item is out of stock and needs to be ordered from the brand or supplier.

  • On order (Brand): We've placed an order with the brand and are waiting for confirmation.

  • Confirmed: Availability is confirmed by the brand or supplier.

  • Shipped: Your order has been dispatched and is on its way to your shipping address.

  • Not available: Unfortunately, this item is currently unavailable due to supply issues.

On the checkout page, you can select the shipping option you prefer.

As a general rule, we ship out items that arrive first every two weeks, so they are sent as soon as they’re ready.

Once the items in your order have been confirmed and packed, we will notify you that your order is ready for shipment. At this stage, the final balance and the shipping fee must be paid in full. Once payment is completed, we will proceed with dispatching your order.

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your business needs.

  1. Shipping arranged by SEOUL4PM

    We handle the shipping for you through our trusted international logistics partners. Your order will be delivered directly to your designated address.

  2. Shipping arranged by you

    Prefer using your own forwarder? No problem. We can ship to your forwarder's warehouse in Korea, or you can arrange for your forwarder to pick up from our warehouse in Korea, and we'll be happy to coordinate.
