Is there any update on my order so far?

You can check your order status in “My Orders,” view shipping updates in the “Shipments” tab, and find any product-related issues in the “Issue” tab. (https://seoul4pm.shop/orders)

What is Pre-Order?

At SEOUL4PM, we operate on a made-to-order sourcing model. Once an order is placed, we purchase products directly from trusted Korean brands or verified vendors and handle export on your behalf. Since we do not hold inventory, we can offer competitive pricing and a wide range of K-beauty products. All items are freshly sourced after your order, ensuring optimal shelf life.

Can you explain the order process?

Once your order is confirmed, we source products from brands or verified vendors. They arrive at our Korean warehouse (5–7 days for main brands, 2–4 weeks for niche brands), go through quality checks, and are packed. Export documents are prepared, then the shipment is dispatched with tracking shared.

Do you have a catalog or a price list?

Once your membership is approved, you can access the desired brand’s page and download the price list. (🔗seoul4pm.shop/brands.)

Can I order less than the MOQ?

The MOQ for all products is based on one carton per item. However, some brands may require a minimum order amount (MOA) of around USD 2,000. If there is any delay in processing your order, our manager will contact you. You can check the MOQ for each product on its detail page.

Unfortunately, we’re not able to sell below the MOQ at this time. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Can you share the price?

After logging in, you can search for the products you want or browse your preferred brands to check both the MSRP (retail price) and wholesale price.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on the product type:

  • In-stock (ready-to-ship) items can be processed and dispatched within 1~3 business days, allowing for faster shipping.

  • Pre-order items, which are sourced from brands and suppliers only after an order request and deposit payment are placed, require additional lead time before shipping, which is usually 2 to 4 weeks for sourcing and preparation.

Do you support paperwork for customs or certifications?

We provide all necessary export documents, including invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin upon request. The available documents for each product can be found on the product detail page.

MSDS and C/O required for import/export customs clearance can be issued for applicable countries.

Please note that even if your target selling country is not listed under ‘Selling Prohibited Countries,’ this does not automatically mean that all required documents are available for that market.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently offer three payment options:

1.   Card Payment (VISA / MasterCard / JCB) - transaction fee : 3.93%

2.  Bank Transfer (USD)

3.  Bank Transfer (KRW)

Other methods such as PayPal are also available upon request, but please note that the transaction fees are quite high(10%), and you may be required to pay more than the original amount.

Are all your products made in Korea?

SEOUL4PM specializes in Korean cosmetics. While most products are made in Korea, please note that the country of manufacture may vary depending on the brand.

Are the products authentic?

We are a global K-beauty B2B platform established in 2020, with over USD 21.1 million in transactions across 188 countries.

We work directly with more than 80 brands, including SKIN1004, PURITO SEOUL, and HARUHARU WONDER, and source our products from reliable vendors in Korea.

What’s the expiration date on items?

As we place orders with our partners upon receiving your order, we are able to supply the most recently manufactured products. We guarantee that all items will have at least one year remaining before expiration.

However, please note that it is difficult to provide the exact expiration date until the order is confirmed.

How do I become a verified member on SEOUL4PM?

To become a verified member, we require proof of business ownership from you.

Why we need to verify your business:

Wholesale exclusivity – Access pricing and offers reserved for verified resellers only

Compliance – Helps us meet regulatory standards for B2B transactions

Trust & security – Keeps our platform safe and reliable for all business users

What brands and products do you have?
Where do you ship from?

We are based in Seoul, South Korea. Our products are shipped from South Korea.

Which countries do you ship to?

We generally use FedEx and provide service to most countries where FedEx operates.

However, if FedEx service is not available or if you prefer to use your own forwarder, we can support warehouse pickup or domestic delivery within Korea. Please take this into consideration.

Do you issue LoA for Amazon resellers?

At SEOUL4PM, we provide official Commercial Invoices and Packing Lists with every order to support your sales and distribution needs. However, we are unable to issue a Letter of Authorization (LoA), as this document is typically provided by the brand owner or manufacturer directly.

While we understand this may be a requirement for certain platforms like Amazon, we recommend reaching out to the brand directly for authorization.

What products can be sold on Amazon?

Regarding sales on Amazon, please be aware that many brands prefer not to be resold on Amazon, and brand policies on online marketplaces may change frequently. We advise you to proceed cautiously. We recommend exploring reseller-friendly brands or multiple sales channels whenever possible.

Do you offer dropshipping services?

If by dropshipping you mean shipping directly to your end customers, we currently do not support that.

At the moment, we focus on wholesale business only and do not offer dropshipping services.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed with our partners or brands, cancellation is difficult. However, for orders that have been delayed for more than 4 weeks, adjustments may be possible through communication with your manager.
