Pre-Order

At SEOUL4PM, we operate on a made-to-order sourcing model.

  • Once we receive an order, we immediately purchase products directly fromĀ trusted Korean brands or verified vendors, and then export them on your behalf.

  • Because we don’t hold inventory, we’re able to offer more competitive pricing and various types of K-beauty products. Also, since all products are freshly sourced after an order is placed, we ensure longer shelf life on average.

  1. Order Confirmation – Once your order is confirmed, we purchase products directly from brands or verified vendors.

  2. Product Sourcing – Products arrive at our warehouse in Korea (usually within 5–7 days for our partnered brands; niche or some brands may take longer for 2 - 4weeks).

  3. Quality Check & Packing – All items are checked for quality, expiration dates, and correct quantities before packing.

  4. Export Documentation – We prepare the invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin.

  5. Dispatch & Tracking – The shipment is handed over to the courier and a tracking number is shared with you.

  • Please note that we do not provide a list of product or pricing information in downloadable file formats (such as PDF or Excel).

MOQ

  • Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) vary by brand, ranging fromĀ 20 to 120 units.

  • Please check the MOQ for each product directly on its detail page.

Processing & Preparation Times

  • Sourcing lead time: 5–7 business days (2-4weeks for limited-production brands).

  • Packing & documentation: 1–2 business days after all items arrive at our warehouse.

  • If sourcing takes longer than expected, we notify the buyer by email with updated timelines.

Ā Shipping Options

  • If there are no customs issues and the destination is within the regions normally served by FedEx or UPS, delivery is usually completed within 7 business days.

  • Shipping costs per box are listed on each product detail pages.

  • For larger volumes, sea freight or your own forwarding partner can also be arranged.

Lead TimeĀ 

  • Since we source upon order, there is a lead time for product arrival at our warehouse in Korea.

  • For brands with whom we have strong relationships, items usually arrive within 3–5 days.

  • For others, especially niche or limited-production brands, sourcing may take 2-4weeks or longer — in such cases, we’ll inform you promptly with updates.

Export Documents & Certifications

  • We provide all necessary export documents, includingĀ invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin upon request.

We currently offer three payment options:

*Other methods such as PayPal are also available upon request, but please note that the transaction fees are quite high(6% over), and you may be required to pay more than the original amount.

Regarding Exclusivity

  • As we act as a sourcing intermediary — not a brand owner or exclusive distributor — we are unfortunately not in a position to offer exclusive rights to any specific market.

Requirements / Restrictions / Additional Fees

  • Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) vary by brand (20–120 units).

  • Certain brands require a Minimum Order Amount (MOA) per vendor(wholesale company). In such cases, we sometimes consolidate multiple customers’ orders before placing a purchase, which may cause longer lead times. We confirm this after purchase and inform you accordingly.

  • Shipping costs are calculated on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis, meaning customs duties and VAT are the responsibility of the receiver. If you require DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service, a separate invoice will be issued.

  • Shipping costs are calculated per box and displayed on each product detail page.

  • PayPal payments are possible upon request, but incur higher transaction fees (7%+).
